Join us as we walk line-by-line through the second half of the book of Acts – the authority of the resurrected Christ is proclaimed, the indwelling of the Spirit secured and the Church of God is multiplied. Witness a crucial moment in the history of our faith as the gospel goes out against great odds and the church tokes root. Each class includes an engaging curriculum, small group discussion, and large group teaching.
Prior participation in Acts (Part 1) is helpful, but not necessary.

Christian Story: Tracing God's Big Story From Creation to New Creation

In this Formation Class, we’ll trace the overarching narrative of Scripture—from creation to New Creation —discovering how God’s story shapes our own. Each week we’ll explore a key ‘chapter’ in the biblical storyline as we learn the story of the Bible in community through engaging curriculum, small group conversation, and large group teaching.
Our aim is to behold God, become whole, and belong together. By doing so, we hope to equip the saints for the work of ministry by giving them confidence to know what story Scripture is telling and how we belong in it.
*Cost & Assistance
Each class has a one-time $40 registration fee to help cover materials and support ongoing discipleship. However, through of the generosity of Journey Church partners, our Sunday Bible Study workbooks are being provided at no cost for the fall semester.
If you’d like to invest in helping others participate in the future, you can choose to cover the cost of your materials during registration.
