Spiritual Formation Pastor

The Director of Spiritual Formation will guide and equip the Journey family to become whole-hearted disciples who practice the way of Jesus. He will develop a holistic journey so that followers of Jesus can carry out the vision and mission of Journey Church through praying and modeling Jesus’ way. This will be done in partnership with the lead pastor, elders, and staff to innovate and develop ministries that are scalable and sustainable to our growing church. This position has a pathway to eldership.
