Journey Church welcomes Cynthia Kozey as the new Goose Creek Children’s Minister beginning Sunday, July 23rd.
Though she will be active in every area of JourneyKids, Cynthia will primarily oversee the JourneyKids ministry at the Goose Creek campus. Cynthia is committed to the mission of Journey Church to see that every man, woman, and CHILD have multiple opportunities to see, hear, and respond to the Gospel. Cynthia will work with our Director of Children’s Ministries, Anna Johnson, to encourage and support our Journey families as they train their children to be obedient to Christ.
Part of Journey Church’s Redeeming the Family initiative, Journey Kids curriculum is deeper than once-a-week group Bible study. Our prayer is that children will know, show, and tell of the love of Jesus Christ and have a love for the local church. While we strive to make JourneyKids the best hour of a child’s week, we know that their time at home is even more valuable, so we provide resources and tools to equip, support, and come alongside parents to start God-conversations at home.
