For the past two years the Journey Church has enjoyed the kindness of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and has been allowed to gather on Sunday nights in their buildings. This gift has helped the Journey Church establish itself in the Summerville community and allowed the Journey Church to do ministry without some of the financial burdens normally associated with ministry.
Early in 2009 the leadership of the Journey Church began to fast and pray for where God was leading the church. With an understanding as we have continued to grow and project future growth that children's space and parking are going to put pressure on our ability to gather and continue to reach out to the surrounding communities for His glory. Through prayer and fasting the leadership believes God is moving the Journey Church to a new location on
Treeland Drive (between exits 203 & 199).
